Perhaps you have tried fad diets, or exercising on your own, but now realize that you need some professional help and guidance to get some real results. We invite you to read about our effective Personal Training Programs but do not just take our word for it. Mary Glover, M. Ed., M.S., owner of Time Out Fitness, (picture at left) has 17 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has logged thousands of hours helping people just like you to reach their fullest potential in the area of health and fitness. Mary has a gift of making exercise less intimidating for the inexperienced exerciser and for setting the bar high to challenge experienced exercisers. Whatever your fitness level, you will leave each training session feeling accomplished, energized, and eager for the next session.
Time Out Fitness is an in and out of home personal training service. The number one reason given as to why most do not exercise is lack of time. Maybe it is time that you push aside the excuses and let us teach you how to make the behavioral changes necessary to get started exercising and to succeed. We all know that our exercise regime must be scheduled into our daily planner and it must also be convenient. That is why we help you to take Time Out to set health and fitness goals and then equip you with an achievable, individual exercise plan. If you cannot come to us, we will come to you!
