Fitness Tips
Don’t deprive yourself of the many rewards of exercise. Those whose exercise regularly are more likely to:
- maintain a healthy body fat percentage
- effectively control the pain and joint swelling from arthritic conditions
- maintain lean muscle, which is often lost as we age
- have higher levels of self-esteem and self-confidence
- experience a zest for life due to overall feelings of wellness and good health
