Time Out Fitness Personal Training Services is located at the New Core Fitness Training Center (www.corelouisville.com)  in the Eastpoint Park Business Center.

Personal Trainers describe this facility as a “Trainer/Client Dream Studio” which has cut no corners on the quality and selection of equipment. The Core Facility offers the same amenities of a big box gym only in a more personable and crowded free atmosphere. This training center provides you with the latest in fitness equipment including Cybex VR3 machines, Precor Elliptical and treadmills as well as a vast selection of free weights.
