Personal Training Services
Personal Training is simply the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals in the shortest amount of time. Your time is very precious so why should you be asked to figure out what the best exercises are for you? When you choose to work with a Time Out Fitness Trainer our trainer will:
- Ensure that you will receive the most recent and updated fitness information by maintaining a nationally recognized certification such as ACSM and AFAA.
- Customize a plan of action to lead you to your desired fitness level whether challenged with medical conditions, a beginner, or seasoned athlete.
- Guide you through a balanced program of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises that will keep you on track.
- Motivate and inspire with e-mails, friendly notes, and phone calls to remind you to follow through on your fitness plan so that you may meet and exceed your fitness goals.
Training Options
We understand that our clients have individual needs so to best accommodate you, we offer flexible training options to help you to achieve your goals. Individual training sessions are offered or you can choose to train with one or more of your friends! You may choose to train on an as needed basis or select one of our training packages for one, two or three months.
Package A - One Hour Personal Training Sessions
Package B - 30 Minute Personal Training Sessions
Package C - Buddy System ( Share a trainer with a friend)
Package D - In Home or Off Site Personal Training
Packages are sold in groups of 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 sessions. To “test drive” our services, contact Mary Glover at 558-8693 or mglover@timeoutfitness.net to set up a complimentary one hour Personal Training Session. At that time, we can discuss which session package would be the best to suit your needs.
Al a Carte Personal Training Services
Fitness Assessment - Body composition with the calipers and circumference measurements, resting heart rate, blood pressure, upper body muscular endurance, core strength and flexibility tests will be administered. The results of the assessment will provide valuable information needed to set and attain your health and fitness goals. A written, user friendly exercise plan will be devised to ensure positive results at your eight week assessment check up.
Core Strengthening Exercises - Learn and take with you the top 10 core strengthening exercises. Put to use the stability and medicine balls that might be lying around your home.
Youth Certification - Specifically designed exercise program for those 10 -15 years of age. Just how active are you? Participants will use a pedometer to track daily steps and will learn basic fitness FUNdamentals to incorporate into their own lifestyle.
Program Redesign - Feeling in a rut and are getting bored with your exercise plan? Maybe your body has adapted to your current program and is begging for a challenge. A trainer can help you to spice up your routine with alternate exercises such as free weights.
Boot Camp Group Training - Gather a group of your family, friends or co-workers to participate in a guided workout with a Personal Trainer at an agreed-upon location. Time will fly by as you engage in cardiovascular and weight training intervals for 60 minutes. Corporate Fitness - Educate employees about the benefits of health and fitness in the workplace. Contact Mary Glover at 558-8693 or mglover@timeoutfitness.net to discuss corporate fitness programs and for setting up a brown bag lunch fitness seminar for your company.
Nutrition Services - General nutritional advice will be incorporated into your fitness plan. Those seeking nutritional counseling by a registered dietitian will be referred to Sandra Meyerowitz, MPH, RD, LD at Nutrition Works.
